IWC takes this opportunity to welcome Joe Grant to the company as Operations Manager for the Dallas, Texas facility. With over 35 years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehousing, Quality Assurance and ISO Management Systems, Joe was employed in 2004 as a consultant to IWC to develop and assist in implementation and registration of IWC to requirements of the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System. He recently relocated from Denver, Colorado to the Dallas area where he was employed by The Norgren Company as a Senior Quality Engineer and Corporate ISO Management Representative. During his employment with Norgren, Joe was instrumental in developing, implementing and registration of a sophisticated electronic ISO 9001/TS 16949 Quality Management System that is linked to facilities in Brazil, Mexico, United Kingdom, Canada and several Norgren facilities in the United States. The system has reduced the cost of maintaining registration and the ease and availability of documentation to employees in the facility. Joe has extensive background in process development and continuous improvement and IWC welcomes this opportunity to utilize his experience to continually improve their overall performance.
